I was asked to make a t-shirt design directly based on London Underground Roundel. This infamous logo design gives an interesting dimension to Humanities and Social Sciences Department, as the this iconic image represents the cool and the hip. Initially, Humanities and Social Science Department wanted to print ringer shirts with only the logo on the front. I have offered to extend a concept and create a map of all disciplines in HSS. The map, consistent with the logo, was to made in image and principle of London underground map. This map also represents an actual Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology campus map.
Below are mock-up designs with color and style variations.
